This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with generous loft space is ready for your next getaway!
One great thing about this home is its enlarged second floor with a third full bathroom. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out!
This home features a generous covered porch where you can relax, take a nap on the screened porch or have a family supper on the picnic table.
Inside, the main living space, kitchen, dining and king bedroom are on the lower floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms : both featuring king-size beds. There are two twin beds and two bunk beds in the loft between the two bedrooms.
Best part? Beach access is right down the street.
Anchor Down rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Enter a Saturday to get a summer rate.
We do not inventory items in the garage and are unable to provide information about bikes, boogie boards, etc.
The BHI Club is optional, based on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on BHI club access and rates, contact the club directly at bhiclub.net.
For guest safety and property protection, cameras may be in place. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Guest privacy is paramount, cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to protect the property.
Items pictured in rental home photography may or may not be available for rental guest use, I.E. fireplaces, water toys etc. If you have a specific question, please ask.
Anchor Down was perfect for our family! We loved being able to bring our dog as well. The front porch was a perfect hang out place. The location is amazing - a great beach access a few doors down. There’s also the island’s only ADA access there as well.
We have a great week and an amazing stay. Looking forward to working with you all for a rental for next summer.

I wanted to let you know we had a beautiful time at the anchor down house this past week. I was not able to leave you the comment card or write in the guest book because there was not a pen anywhere in the house. And weirdly enough I didn’t have one either. Otherwise the house was great and the owners have done a really nice job in the renovation and decor.
