Located on Cape Creek Road, nestled in Middle Island Plantation, Beach Tree has sweeping views of the creek and the ocean which are simply breathtaking. A great family home, Beach Tree is spacious and features loads of outdoor space to enjoy the views. Experience the privacy of sitting on the deck and hearing only sounds of the marsh - the oysters, the birds, and reeds blowing in the wind - while watching the ocean. There's also a spacious screened porch for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Privacy abounds.
The house is a short walk to the private Middle Island beach access and a short drive to the Shoals Club.
Beach Tree guests will have access to the Middle Island dock on Cape Creek Road for fishing and kayaking only.
This home rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer. So please enter a Saturday date in the availability box to the right to get a rate in the summer.
The Shoal's Club is optional, based on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on the Shoal's club access and rates, visit their website at shoalsclub.net.
The BHI Club is not an option.
For guest safety and property protection, cameras may be in place. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Guest privacy is paramount, cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to protect the property.
Items pictured in rental home photography may or may not be available for rental guest use, I.E. fireplaces, water toys etc. If you have a specific question, please ask.
Our stay was filled with friends, laughter and a beautiful surrounding of the marsh and the ocean. I will never go beach front again. So relaxing!
We have stayed at this property the past two years. Waking up on the marsh is magical. The property is perfect for sunrises, bird watching, and seeing the tide come in. We love the peace of Middle Island (and its proximity to the Shoals Club).
We have had the pleasure of using Tiffany's rentals to find some amazing homes on the island throughout the years. The immediate response from their office is amazing. It is peace of mind to know that whatever we needed, their staff was always willing to help, from email updates before arriving, to sending text reminders during our stay, to the ease of contacting the after hours maintenance to make sure everything is smooth for us.
We love this home with the expansive view of the marsh to the ocean. The wall of windows and the deck are special. Tiffany’s does a great job and we have rented from her for decades.
Beach Tree has become our home away from home. We love this house; the location is perfect! We love the view from the back porch and the Middle Island beach access is like having our own private beach!
We have rented from Tiffany for ~ 16 years and have never been disappointed. We usually stay in the Villas and this time we stayed at Beach Tree and it was a special treat to be closer to the marsh and more secluded. Easter weekend was lovely as was the service when we had an issue with one of the golf carts. Thank you Tiffany and team! We are already dreaming of a return visit!
This is a very nice beach house with a great location to East beach and Shoals Club, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
We had a great experience from booking the house, to payment info, rental info and communications during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived at the house and Tiffany’s team remedied them immediately. Thank you for making sure we had an excellent vacation!!

The house is lovely and Middle Island is our favorite spot.
It was our second stay at Beach Tree and our second trip was as enjoyable as the first. The marshland view was beautiful and the location was convenient. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked. A great week!
The house fit comfortably all 6 adults and three children. Loved being secluded, but close enough to walk to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved the secluded location with both marsh and beach views that was walking distance to the beach access and a short drive to the Shoals Club and market (and to the Italian ice shop!). It truly had everything you could ever need - the house was even stocked with a waffle maker! We loved having access to the bikes and extra boogie boards for the beach. The crew at Tiffany’s was super helpful and quick to respond with questions. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely property!
We are very pleased with how proactive and helpful Tiffany and her team are. The house is well equipped with pretty much everything you could need, even a private beach! We had a wonderful experience and although we usually change up the houses we visit, we would love to stay at this house again.

The views, location, and being secluded in nature were our favorite aspects of the house... not to mention the private beach access! We LOVED this house and our stay- we would definitely rent this house again!

We thought that the house was great. The views of the marsh were beautiful and the location was awesome. We were able to see the Ibis behind the house along with the other wildlife- we enjoy middle island and the beach access within walking distance.
My family has vacationed on the island for many years and the Beach Tree property ranks up there as one of our favorites! The location and views are perfect- we liked the ability to take the short walk to the private access. I try to stay in a different home each time I visit the island but Beach Tree is well worth a second stay.
