As the Sales Manager for Tiffany’s Beach Properties, on a monthly basis, I will try to bring you posts on the latest real estate sales happenings on BHI.  Below are two links to the homes and lots on BHI that have either sold or are currently under contract as of today.  January of 2017 is shaping up to be a much better month (where properties under contract are concerned) than January of 2016.  This uptick in properties under contract is a good sign that the real estate market on BHI in 2017 should be stronger than 2016.  I will continue to keep you posted on a monthly basis as to the exciting real estate happenings on BHI!
